**Responsibilities**
- Manage/follow the entire life cycle of the recruitment & bench sales process for clients in the US.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Work on strategic global hiring programs.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best talent for the requirement.
- Source the talent for Conrelv’s client IT Requirements.
- Use the sourcing and bench sales tools extensively to manage the placement lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate Degree with 2+ year experience in US IT Recruitment area
- Any Graduate who wants to build their career in IT Technical recruiting (HR) area
- In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
- Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
- Must work in US timings
- Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
- Knowledgeable about different US work Visas.
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-to-Corp).
- Strong understanding of technical requirements.
- Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gorantla, Guntur - 522034, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
