- Mentor and advise students on academic and career paths.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Organize and supervise fashion shows, exhibitions, and other student activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty to integrate cross-disciplinary approaches and innovative teaching methods.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Engage with industry professionals to create opportunities for student internships and placements.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in fashion design and education.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to staying current on industry trends.
