Responsible for bringing concepts and ideas to life through visual representation, ensuring that the vision of the project aligns with the creative direction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualization: Collaborate with other team members to understand the project’s requirements and conceptualize visual elements that align with the Script, story and overall theme.
2. Character Design: Develop original and compelling characters, considering their personalities, appearances, and role in the project. Illustrators may need to create multiple iterations before finalizing the character designs.
3. Environment and Background Design: Design captivating and immersive environments or backgrounds that complement the overall narrative and enhance the visual appeal of the project.
4. Visual Development: Work on the visual development of the project, creating style guides and mood boards to establish the art direction for the production team to follow.
5. Software Proficiency: Possess expertise in relevant illustration software such as Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator.
6. Research and Inspiration: Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and styles, while also drawing inspiration from various sources to continuously improve artistic skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a pre-production artist, with a portfolio showcasing a range of artistic styles and techniques.
- Strong artistic and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in digital illustration tools and traditional art techniques.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a creative team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of animation principles (for animation-related projects) and an understanding of the production pipeline is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
