**Job description**
- Looking for a bachelor of **architect (B.Arch.)** who has a good sense of Aesthetics and Presentation, and is willing to learn and grow as a designer in our firm.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Preparing detailed working drawings.
- Develop BOQ, Cost and Material templates.
- Research, select and specify materials and finishes.

**Job Requirements**:

- A minimum of **Bachelor's degree in Architecture** and 1 year of experience in an architecture firm.
- Must be proficient in the following programs: AutoCAD, Google SketchUP, and Photoshop.
- Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills, presentation and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
