We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic Investment Banking team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior bankers on a variety of transactions, debt capital markets, IPO advisory and financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modeling & Analysis:
Develop and maintain complex financial models for M&A, valuation, and other investment banking transactions.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis of companies, including industry research, competitive analysis, and financial statement analysis.

Prepare valuation reports, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.

Transaction Execution Support:
Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client presentations.

Conduct due diligence on target companies, including financial, legal, and operational reviews.

Prepare information memoranda and other transaction documents.

Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors on transaction execution.

Research & Analysis:
Conduct industry and market research to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.

Monitor industry trends and competitive developments.

Prepare market updates and other research reports.

Client Interaction:
Interact with clients and other stakeholders, including senior management and investment professionals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

1 year of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong interest in the financial markets and a passion for the investment banking industry.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
