**Job Description-**
- Performing root canals to treat bacterial infections or abscesses in the dental pulp tissue that is located inside the tooth’s root structure.
- Preparing x-rays and other imaging studies to help diagnose dental problems.
- Examining patients’ teeth, jaws, and gums to identify potential problems with the teeth or jaw alignment.
- Maintaining dental records of patients’ previous dental procedures and diagnoses
- Determining the most appropriate treatment option for each patient based on their needs and goals for treatment.
- Preparing the tooth for a filling or crown by removing decay and shaping the tooth to create a smooth surface for the new dental restoration.
- Cleaning teeth and surrounding areas to prevent infection from spreading to surrounding tissues.
- Administering local anaesthetics to reduce pain during procedures such as root canals or extractions.
- Work well with others in a team setting, collaborate on patient care with other healthcare professionals, and communicate effectively with patients, clients, staff members, and co-workers.
- Providing follow-up care to patients following treatment.

**Endodontist Requirements: -**
- Master in Endodontics from accredited dental collage.
- Min 1yrs experience as Endodontics.
- Having licence to practices as endodontic.
- Expertise in treating complex endodontic teeth.
- Experience in treatment of surgical endodontic cases.
- Experience in use of MTA to treat root perforations and teeth with incomplete apical root formation.
- Patient friendly.
- Communicates well with patients and referring general dentists.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
