**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a Project Manager for our IT service organization. One who can manage multiple projects with in timeline and able to maintain relationship with potential clients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Management and the team for the successful delivery of the project.
- Gathering project information and preparing work-flow on required activities.
- Identify and analyse system requirements and define the project scope document.
- Contribution in making project plans
- Experience of project management tool will be preferred.
- Attend the daily scrum meetings
- Client Communication
- Managing Minutes of Meetings with clients and scrum meetings
- Daily coordination with a team leads to understanding and identifying their issues.
- Keep the clients updated with the project progress.
- Change Management - Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
- Maintain discipline, proper time management, and adherence to project timelines at all times in the production area.
- Exposure in handling projects related to Web Development, E-Commerce.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks based on business need.

**Job Requirements**:

- High school diploma/GED required.
- Degree in business management or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in project management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Working days: Monday to Friday

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
