**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Plan, brainstorm, and develop engaging content ideas for the Pune Shor page.
- Coordinate and conduct video shoots, utilizing a mobile phone for high-quality visuals.
- Ensure content aligns with current trends and audience interests.
- **Video Production**:

- Shoot dynamic, visually appealing footage using a mobile phone.
- Capture candid, behind-the-scenes moments, product showcases, events, and more.
- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished, attention-grabbing videos suitable for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Add effects, transitions, and music to enhance the overall production quality.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (e.g., vertical videos for Reels).
- **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with our brand’s voice and goals.
- Stay updated with social media trends and influencer strategies to create viral content.
- Schedule and plan content releases to maximize reach and engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in video production and editing (mobile phone content creation is a plus).
- Proficiency with mobile editing apps (e.g., InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and video trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
- Ability to manage time and meet content deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
