Django Trainer

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development: Design and develop training curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials focused on Python programming and Django web development.
- Training Delivery: Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in-person or online to impart knowledge on Python and Django concepts, best practices, and techniques.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate the progress of trainees through assignments, quizzes, and practical assessments. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve their skills and understanding.
- Adaptability: Adapt training approaches and materials to cater to different learning styles, skill levels, and backgrounds of trainees.
- Technical Support: Offer technical assistance and support to trainees during training sessions, addressing questions, clarifying doubts, and troubleshooting issues related to Python and Django development.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends, updates, and advancements in Python and Django development to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation related to training materials, resources, and participant progress for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills in Python and Django development through self-learning, attending workshops, and participating in relevant communities and forums.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Strong understanding of Django web framework and its concepts.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with learners of varying skill levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in Python and Django development (desired).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
