We are Hiring for our client in Saudi

Bachelor of Engineering (Production - Industry)

Good experience in using different types of manufacturing machines

and tools.

Previous work experience in a production supervisor position for at

least 3 years.

Follow up and supervise staff training procedures.

Ensuring that the conditions and specifications of the production

process are met.

Organizing workflow by defining responsibilities and preparing

shift schedules.

Ensure the safe use of equipment and coordinate with maintenance

to schedule periodic maintenance.

Basic level of proficiency in the English language

The ability to arrange, distribute tasks and organize time.

Proficiency in motivation skills and creating a suitable work

environment for employees.

Directing and advising workers and developing their skills during

the manufacturing process and identifying their training needs in

coordination with the department head

Submit the production report

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets for production and

communicate them to employees.

Provide reports on performance periodically to determine the extent

to which goals are achieved.

Proficiency in leadership skills and the ability to provide appropriate

solutions to problems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai G.P.O, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
