**Office Executive**

**Job Brief**:
We are looking for self-driven, resourceful, and energetic Office Executive to join us. Your main responsibility will be to assist purchase and store for related activities in required time line. The goal is to exceed organization’s expectations and to add value to the business operations.

We are expecting you to be professional, trustworthy and to be able to work independently.

**What you will do**:

- Co-ordination with project team, purchase, and store department.
- Follow-up and Follow-through with vendors related to documentation, material delivery etc.
- Material, and logistics arrangements as per requirement.

**Desired Skills**:

- Prior experience in IT / ELV / CCTV / AV System Integrator field will be preferred.
- Understanding of back-office, documentations work.
- Excellent knowledge of material and logistics management.
- Effective operating knowledge of Computer, MS Office - Word, Excel, and E-mail.
- Resourcefulness, problem solving aptitude, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent Communication Skills and Team Work.

**Qualification**:
Preferably B.Com / B.B.A or equivalent

**Experience**:
1 to 3 Years of relevant experience will be preferred.

Up to 3.0 LPA
