**Job Summary**:We are looking for a detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our team in the dairy industry. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting microbiological analyses on raw materials and finished products to ensure safety and quality standards are met. You will monitor fermentation processes, identify and address microbial challenges, and develop preventive measures to minimize contamination risks. Collaborating closely with production and quality assurance teams, you will analyze data and provide insights to enhance product stability and shelf life. A solid understanding of dairy microbiology, laboratory techniques, and food safety regulations is essential. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the innovation and quality of our dairy products in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualification**:Bachelor's Degree: A degree in microbiology, food science, biology, or a related field is generally the minimum requirement.

**Master's Degree**: Many positions, especially those in research and management, may require a master's degree in microbiology or a specialized area of food science.

**Skills**:
1.**Microbial Techniques**: Proficiency in culturing, isolating, and identifying microorganisms.

2.**Quality Control**:Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards specific to dairy products.

3. **Analytical Methods**:Experience with techniques such as PCR, ELISA, and chromatography for microbial analysis.

4. **Food Safety Regulations**:Understanding of FDA, USDA, and other relevant regulations affecting dairy safety and quality.

5.**Fermentation Technology**:Familiarity with the fermentation processes used in cheese and yogurt production.
