**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes, including:

- Idli, Dosa, Uttapam
- Sambar, Rasam, Avial
- Biryani, Pongal, and other regional specialties
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Plan and manage daily/weekly menus based on client preferences.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
- Source or request fresh ingredients and maintain inventory.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Adapt recipes or menus to suit dietary restrictions if required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a South Indian cook in a home, restaurant, or catering setting.
- Ability to prepare a wide range of authentic South Indian dishes.
- Familiarity with traditional cooking techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and adaptability to client needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in culinary arts (optional but beneficial).
- Experience in bulk cooking or catering (if applicable).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,709.32 per month
