**Job responsibility**:

- Handling inbound calls from providers/callers.
- Develops tactical and operational plans to achieve key milestones in the project.
- May coach and mentor less experienced team members.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements.
- Ensure that all assigned inbound calls are resolved.
- Follows the basic rules as provided on the SOP.
- Helps resolve outstanding issues from previous transactions.
- Need to adhere to the schedule shared by workflow management team

**Minimum Education and Certifications**:
Graduate (15 Years of Complete education).

**Skills**:

- Any Graduates (complete 15 years of education with original marksheets and degree).
- Excellent Communication (both verbal & written) as the associates will be talking to US Customers.
- Multitasking - Able to create note (type) along with answering the call.
- Overall relevant experience required - 1 to 2 years.
- Mandatory experience of Customer Service in International Voice Process.
- Comfortable in customer handling.
- Comfortable in handling inbound voice calls.
- Comfortable working in night shift (US Shift) from office (Location - Noida).
