Role: Supervisor for Hospitality industry

Educational qualification: Bachelors in Hospitality Management

Experience: 5+ Years

**Salary**: 25,000 to 30,000

Location : Cochin
- Manage the services to ensure clean & hygienic environment areas of the plant.
- Oversight and Management of plant upkeep services unit primarily of common areas in the overall premises.
- Manage training that includes assessing the training needs of staff and developing and coordinating programs to meet unit needs.
- Develop work plans & implement the same.
- Plan, schedule, and inspect work assigning work to subordinates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage others and communicate effectively.
- Brief all staff regarding their duties, designated areas, special instructions, etc.
- Prepare & implement various checklists, at the frequency instructed in the suggested formats.
- Knowledge of handling hazardous/non-hazardous wastes/chemicals
- De-brief all supervised staff at the end of each shift.
- Monitor that the staff is cleaning in the required manner to ensure that the surfaces are maintained in the best possible way and to enhance their longevity.
- Ensure discipline, proper attire, and etiquette in the staff under them.
- Ensure that areas are always maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications
- Should be able to handle the complete Housekeeping department independently.
- Ability to effectively supervise & coordinate the work assigned areas of responsibility; to ensure the material, cost, work, and time efforts.
- Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals & consumables usage, maintenance, repair of equipment and waste disposal methods, hygiene & sanitation standards & techniques pertinent to housekeeping including scheduling, training, identification of needs, and maintenance of controls.
- Adequate software exposure and knowledge of MS Office
- Good leadership & team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in plant or 4-star hotel industry or hospitality industry.
- Experience in hospitality in plant will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 6 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 5 years (preferred)
- Hospitality: 4 years (preferred)
