Job Description: Office Assistant for Jewelry Brand

**Location**: Noida Extension, Gaur City Mall Offices
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: No experience required; freshers are welcome
**Education**: Basic English skills required

We are a startup in jewellery industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Office Maintenance**:

- Keep the office space clean, organized, and welcoming.
- **Personal Assistant to the Owner**:

- Assist the owner with daily tasks and errands as needed.
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments.
- **Office Administration**:

- Handle basic office paperwork and filing.
- Maintain inventory and supplies for smooth operations.
- **Order Management**:

- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
- **Event & Exhibition Support**:

- Accompany the owner to events and exhibitions.
- Assist in setting up stalls, handling customer inquiries, and showcasing products.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different roles.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about the jewelry industry.
