**Job Description**:

- Prior experience in captioning &text labeling processes, and experience in annotation, preferably in a training capacity will be useful
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and quality standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with multimedia content creation and instructional design.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for captioning and text labeling processes.
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia content.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members to ensure proficiency in captioning and text labeling tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and process changes to incorporate relevant information into training modules.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees, fostering continuous improvement in performance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Address queries and concerns from trainees, providing timely and accurate support.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning training content with business objectives and quality benchmarks.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to accommodate different learning styles and effectively address diverse trainee needs.
