A/c Technician

An **AC (Air Conditioning) Technician** is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems. Their role involves diagnosing issues, ensuring proper system functionality, and providing routine maintenance to optimize performance.

**Roles & Responsibilities1. Installation**
- Install new air conditioning systems, including split, window, central, and HVAC units.
- Connect electrical wiring, thermostats, and controls.
- Ensure proper ventilation and ductwork installation.
- Follow safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

**2. Maintenance & Servicing**
- Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system failures.
- Clean filters, coils, and condensers for efficient operation.
- Check refrigerant levels and recharge if necessary.
- Inspect and lubricate moving parts.

**3. Troubleshooting & Repairs**
- Diagnose faults in AC systems using specialized tools.
- Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, fans, and motors.
- Fix leaks and ensure proper refrigerant handling.
- Test system performance after repairs.

**4. Safety & Compliance**
- Follow safety protocols while handling electrical and refrigerant systems.
- Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations.
- Properly dispose of hazardous materials, such as old refrigerants.

**5. Customer Interaction & Reporting**
- Explain issues and solutions to customers in simple terms.
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and installations.
- Maintain service records and reports.
- Offer energy-saving and efficiency improvement recommendations.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles.
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
