Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Create and deliver engaging online lectures, demonstrations, and activities to help learners achieve their learning goals.

Develop and deliver assessments and quizzes to evaluate learners' progress and understanding of the course material.

Provide timely feedback and support to learners to help them master the course material.

Host live online classes and interact with learners in real-time to provide further instruction, answer questions, and facilitate discussion.

Continuously improve course content and delivery based on feedback from learners and the Eduveda team.

Qualifications:
Previous teaching or tutoring experience is required. Online teaching experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple courses.

A passion for teaching and helping learners achieve their goals.

Compensation:
Tutors will earn a percentage of the course fees paid by learners.

Tutors will also earn a fixed amount for each live class they host.

Compensation rates will be discussed during the interview process.
