Pro (Male)

To look after internal and external communications.
- Taking morning rounds. Visiting all floors and meeting In charges’ for daily updates.
- Resolving grievance of patients/ patients’ relatives about medical and financial concerns.
- To efficiently handle appointment, admission and discharge of patients.
- Ensure patients are properly greeted and directed upon their arrival.
- Co-ordination with the department /HOD to fulfill the requirement of the patients.
- Co-ordination with Doctors/Consultants for admission/discharge procedures.
- Obtaining timely financial clearance for all ICU cases or IP admissions in the absence of financial counselors’.
- Ensure timely discharge of the patients.
- Properly guiding patients to proper places as per their requirement.
- Facilitate a comfortable and delightful experience for patients and patient relatives.
- Floor Co-ordination.

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Ernakulam - 682030, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 0-1: 1 year (preferred)
