**Job Title**: Pipe Bending Machine Programmer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program and operate CNC pipe bending machines to meet production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Select appropriate tools, dies, and mandrels for different pipe sizes and materials.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bending angles and dimensions.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and adjust programming as necessary.
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with engineers and production teams to improve processes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Pipe Bending Machine Programmer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Familiarity with pipe bending techniques, tooling, and material properties.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (preferred).
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in metal fabrication.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor of Technical/ Technical diploma or certification in machining or CNC programming preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in CNC pipe bending or metal fabrication.
- Experience with manual and hydraulic bending machines is a plus.
