Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Social media marketing & content management

We are looking for young and fresh minds who love to scroll down social media platforms a lot. Someone who is passionate and proactive on various platforms like Instagram/FB/LinkedIn. Need to work every day on Social media trends and come up with creative ideas for the social activities to be done for Stellar Energy Solutions.

Job Duties:

- **Generate Leads**: Reaching out to interested clients via all platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Creating engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including written posts, Reels, videos, and Stories.
- **Social Media Management**: Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand presence and engagement with the audience. Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- **Audience Engagement**: Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and interactive relationship with followers.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including content ideation, scheduling, and monitoring campaign performance.
- **Influencer Outreach**: Identify and engage with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and drive engagement.
- **Stay Abreast of Platform Updates**: Keep up-to-date with algorithm changes, new features, and updates on major social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and explore opportunities for their implementation.

**SKILLS**:

- Creative thinker, knowledge of latest digital marketing trends.
- Proficient in Canva, or similar design software.
- Have intermediate knowledge of how to create and execute paid ads (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads)
- Outstanding consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

**EXPERIENCE: Fresher/Graduate**

**REQUIREMENTS**:
A reliable computer/Laptop and reliable internet connection.

**DURATION**: Minimum of 90 days and Maximum of 6 months

**PERKS**: Certificate, Letter of recommendation, work from home, flexible hours, weekend shift provided (if working full time).

**Internship will be unpaid and voluntary, but a lot to learn and gain experience.**
