Location : Borivali

Role:
1. Class Recording:

- Set up and manage video recording equipment to capture in-person classes and workshops conducted by instructors.
- Ensure high-quality audio and video recording to maintain clear and professional content.
- Collaborate with instructors to ensure the presentation materials are visually engaging and conducive to the learning experience.

2. Reel Recording:

- Produce and edit highlight reels showcasing key moments from live classes, workshops, and seminars.
- Select the most relevant and impactful segments to create compelling promotional videos for marketing purposes.

3. Short Video Creation:

- Conceptualize and create short, attention-grabbing videos covering specific stock market topics, strategies, or tips.
- Optimize videos for various social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

4. Video Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the content development team to create video-based training materials for online courses.
- Bring creativity to the table, transforming complex financial concepts into visually engaging and easy-to-understand content.

5. YouTube Video Creation:

- Manage the academy's YouTube channel, including content planning, video creation, and optimization for SEO and discoverability.
- Engage with the audience through video comments, responding to queries, and fostering a sense of community.

6. Post-Production:

- Edit and enhance raw footage to ensure seamless transitions, professional visuals, and engaging storytelling.
- Add relevant graphics, animations, and captions to improve viewer comprehension.

7. Equipment and Studio Management:

- Stay updated with the latest video production technology and recommend improvements to enhance production quality.
- Maintain and organize video production equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.

8. Project Management:

- Manage video production schedules, coordinate with instructors, and ensure timely delivery of videos.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with promotional strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video production, preferably within the education or finance industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and knowledge of video codecs and formats.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, sound design, and other technical aspects of video production.
- Experience with recording live events, webinars, and classes is highly desirable.
- A portfolio of previous video projects demonstrating creativity, storytelling ability, and production quality is required.
- Familiarity with stock market terminology and concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple video projects simultaneously

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
