**Student Recruitment**:

- Actively engage in recruitment activities both on and off-campus to attract prospective students.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, high schools, and community events to promote programs and opportunities.
- **Admissions Process Management**:

- Evaluate applicant qualifications based on academic records, standardized test scores, and other relevant criteria.
- Provide timely and accurate information to applicants regarding their admission status and any additional requirements.
- **Advising and Counseling**:

- Offer personalized advising sessions to prospective students to help them explore academic programs and career pathways.
- Assist students in understanding admission requirements, academic policies, and financial aid options.
- Address inquiries from prospective students and their families regarding the admissions process, program offerings, and campus resources.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with academic departments, student services, and other campus units to coordinate recruitment events and initiatives.
- **Data Management**:

- Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and inform strategic planning.
- **Orientation and Transition Support**:

- Assist admitted students in the transition to the institution by providing information about orientation programs, housing options, and campus resources.
- Coordinate with other campus offices to ensure a seamless transition for incoming students and facilitate their integration into the academic community.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about trends and best practices in college admissions, student recruitment, and higher education.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
