**Responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee digital design projects from conception to delivery
- Create original and innovative digital designs
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that designs meet their needs
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure that they are functional and user-friendly
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital design trends and technologies
- Mentor and coach junior designers

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience as a digital designer
- Strong portfolio of work demonstrating your digital design skills
- Experience with a variety of digital design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
- Experience with user-centered design and prototyping
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Bonus Points**
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Experience with coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
