- Identify and approach **retailers, pharmacies, and distributors** to increase product sales.
- Present and explain product benefits to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve **monthly sales targets** and drive revenue growth.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback.
- Ensure brand visibility and product placement in retail outlets.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree or MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-5 years in FMCG, Pharma, or related sales roles.
- **Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Must have a two-wheeler** (for field visits).
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
