Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient BI solutions using BI tools.

Design and architect end-to-end BI solutions, including data integration, data modeling, ETL processes, and visualizations.

Evaluate and select appropriate BI tools based on business needs and technical requirements.

Configure and customize BI tools to meet specific business and reporting needs.

Design and develop data models and schemas that support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.

Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the BI tool environment.

Implement security controls and access rights to ensure data privacy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Create visually appealing and intuitive dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making.

Optimize and tune BI solutions for performance and scalability, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Provide training and support to users to ensure effective utilization and understanding of BI tools.

Qualifications:

- BE/BTech/MCA in computer science from reputed college.
- Proven production level at least **6 years** relevant experience as a BI Tool Architect with a strong understanding of BI tools, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
- Project experience of at least **5 years** in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar tools.
- Must have delivered E2E **3-4 projects** using data modeling principles, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
- **6+ years** of experience in designing and implementing end-to-end BI solutions, including data extraction, transformation, loading, and reporting.
- At least **4 years** of working proficiency in data integration techniques, including ETL processes, data extraction, transformation, and loading from various data sources. Experience with tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), or similar technologies.
- Expert with database query languages, such as SQL, for data manipulation and analysis.
- **3-4 project** level working knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and security considerations in BI environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,300,000.00 per year
