**Position Overview**:
Join AssistHealth as a Navigator, guiding members through their healthcare journey by connecting them with top providers, managing medical records, and offering expert support. Ensure members receive personalized care and assistance for an optimal healthcare experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Healthcare Navigation**: Assist with appointment scheduling, care coordination, and healthcare options through call.
- **Member Engagement**: Build trust-based relationships, offering tailored solutions.
- **Clinical Data Management**: Present clinical information to help members make informed decisions.
- **Sales & Membership Support**: Promote membership plans and premium services.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- **Problem Solving**: Address member concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Technology Utilization**: Manage records and communication via digital platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's in Nursing, GNM or related field.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years in healthcare, preferably in patient care, navigation, or sales.
- **Skills**: Sales and negotiation, communication, organization, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
- **Call Handling**: Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in healthcare navigation or similar roles.
- Passion for improving patient outcomes and enhancing healthcare experiences.
