IT Assistant

**Key Responsibilities:Technical Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Provide **technical support** for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain **computers, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment**.
- Troubleshoot system errors, network failures, and connectivity issues.
- Assist staff and students with **software installations, account access, and IT-related queries**.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper functioning of all devices.

**Network & System Administration**:

- Monitor and maintain **LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity** to ensure seamless operation.
- Assist in **server maintenance, data backup, and security updates**.
- Ensure compliance with **data security and cybersecurity protocols**.

**Software & Application Management**:

- Support the integration of **online learning tools and digital platforms**.

**IT Infrastructure & Upgrades**:

- Assist in the **procurement, setup, and maintenance of IT equipment**.
- Support IT team in **system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations**.
- Coordinate with **external vendors and service providers** for IT-related services and repairs.

**Training & Documentation**:

- Train staff and students on **basic IT troubleshooting, security best practices, and software usage**.
- Maintain IT documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Stay updated with emerging IT trends and suggest improvements for the institution’s IT framework.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
