**Full job description**

An office boy's job is to **keep an office clean and organized, and to assist with basic administrative tasks**. They also provide support to employees and departments.

**Cleaning and organization**
- Keep the office clean and tidy, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and dust
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables, chairs, almirahs, windows, book-shelves, cubicles, and cabins

**Office machines**
- Set up and operate office machines
- Keep records of stock and machines
- Monitor the use of office equipment and supplies
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment

**Administrative duties**
- Help the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties
- Assist in any office work as may be required
- Refill water bottles for use by the officer or staff
- Be aware of all the stationery and other requirements required in a meeting hall

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
