As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist in creating visually engaging content for both digital and print materials, such as client presentations, employee handbooks, social media posts, and marketing collateral. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and help communicate HR strategies effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2.Visual Communication: Transform complex ideas into clear, aesthetically pleasing visuals that engage and inform the target audience.

3.Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques, ensuring fresh, innovative designs that resonate with our audience.

5.Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies and design decisions.

6.Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing materials support overall business goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
- A passion for design with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively while working within deadlines.
