**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing information on lifestyle changes, diet, and prevention of further health issues.
- **Collaboration**:

- Working closely with doctors, specialists, and other nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Attending team meetings and case discussions to update care plans.
- Reporting and documenting patient progress in medical records.
- **Emergency Care**:

- Providing emergency care in critical situations, such as resuscitation or wound care.
- Responding quickly to life-threatening conditions and following emergency protocols.
- **Patient Advocacy**:

- Supporting and advocating for patients’ rights and preferences in their care.
- Ensuring that patients receive the best possible care based on their individual needs.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Preparing and updating care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety protocols.
