We are currently looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to help us connect with potential modeling aspirants and grow our community.

**Job Role**:
As a **Social Media Marketing Intern**, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads from **social media platforms** like **Instagram and Facebook**. You’ll interact with leads via **DMs, chats, and calls**, and guide them towards enrolling in our courses and programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate **organic and paid leads** through Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Respond to **DMs, comments, and inquiries** promptly and professionally.
- Initiate and maintain **conversations with prospects** via chat and phone.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to **track conversions and follow-ups**.
- Run or assist with **social media ad campaigns** to boost lead generation.
- Create and manage a **lead tracking sheet** for regular reporting.
- Stay updated with social media trends, especially in **fashion and modeling** niches.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months to 1 year of experience** in lead generation through **social media (organic or paid ads)**.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** in English and Hindi.
- Confident in handling **Instagram & Facebook business accounts**.
- Comfortable in **chat-based and phone-based communication**.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with **Google Sheets, CRM tools, and Meta Ads Manager** (preferred).
- A pleasing and positive attitude towards interaction with young aspirants.
- Self-motivated with the ability to **work independently and manage time**.
