**Job Title: Back Office Executive**
**Location: Goa**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage office supplies, including procurement, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain MIS data and organize accurate records, documents, and administrative work.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Serve as the point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist HR with HO regarding onboarding processes, documentation and administrative support.
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional attitude.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain records of employees, attendance, and leave requests
- Assist in invoice processing and coordination with the HR team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,204.09 - ₹15,000.00 per month
