Sports Counsellor

We are searching for a skilled Sports Counsellor to help provide direction and support to all our students. You will actively help students build coping mechanisms to guide them for better opportunities in sports sector. Your duties will also include listening to clients, asking necessary questions, and developing effective strategies to improve their lives.

**Counsellor Responsibilities**:

- Assessing students through detailed conversations, interviews, and observations to determine the appropriate testing or examination.

- Creating effective practise plans that include counseling, medication, playing various sports games or other services.
- Playing with students and developing goals.
- Discussing the Practise plan with your students on a regular basis to identify faults or room for improvement.
- Educating students about appropriate coping mechanisms to help them through tough situations.
- Recording the students progress and changing their practise plan when needed.

**Counsellor Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Games or counseling.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional counselor.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude to empathize with clients and help them open up.
- Good time management skills.
- Proven experience in developing effective practise and coaching plans.
- EXPERIENCE : The applicant must have a minimum experience of 2- 5 yrs as a sports counsellor.
- EDUCATION : Graduation in sports field is must.
- The applicant must also have some Certificates and Achievements, Medals.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
