Accounts Executive
- Sale & Purchase bill entering.
- Debit & credit not entering.
- Providing information to all debtor’s regarding a/c balance, Bill entry.
- Payment release after verification and approval from authorized person.
- Follow up with supplier regarding debit note against reject material.
- Resolve sale tax related activity.
- Knowledge of preparing export documents.
- Make Performa invoice.
- Knowledge of ERP and Marg Software.
- Customer wise sale detail and share with purchase department.
- Sale invoice and other document in absence of Dispatch department.

Experience required: - 5-10 years

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kala Amb, Kala Amb - 173030, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
