**Job Title**: Physical Education (PT) Teacher (Female Preferred) - Basketball Coach
**Location**: Prabhushree English Medium School, Malibalia, Puri, Odisha

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in school-level sports training or coaching (CBSE school experience preferred)
**Qualification**: B.P.Ed/M.P.Ed or equivalent in Physical Education from a recognized university; specialized certification or experience in Basketball Coaching

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct engaging physical education classes for students of all age groups.
- Provide specialized coaching in **basketball**, including skill development, fitness training, and team preparation.
- Identify and train potential students for inter-school and district-level basketball competitions.
- Organize and manage sports events, intra-school competitions, fitness sessions, and annual sports day.
- Promote physical activity, health, and wellness across the school.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and active participation during all physical activities.
- Inspect and ensure proper use and maintenance of sports equipment.
- Collaborate with the academic and co-curricular teams for holistic development programs.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong command of physical education techniques and sports science principles.
- Proven track record in basketball coaching (preferably at the school or district level).
- Good communication and motivational skills, especially with children.
- Ability to plan fitness programs tailored to different age groups.
- Responsible, patient, and disciplined in approach.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and student safety measures during physical activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,810.56 - ₹15,000.00 per month
