**Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming calls from potential customers and provide information about our facilities provided.

Understand the customer's requirements in detail and suggest treatment that match their needs.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.

Attend regular training sessions to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as an Inbound Tele-Caller in the customer support industry or a similar field.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
