Swimming Instructor and Lifeguard

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach swimming lessons to children of different ages and abilities.
- Assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure a fun and safe environment for learning.
- Manage and maintain swimming equipment and facilities.
- Plan, organize and implement various school events and functions.
- Collaborate with other instructors and management to ensure a cohesive approach to training and care.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with 5+ years of prior experience in teaching swimming to children of different ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess individual progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to maintain a safe, hygienic and fun environment for learning.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Swimming coaching certification from a recognized institution.
- CPR and certified lifeguard training are a plus.
