**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- In this role at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Supply Chain Planning & Control division, as the AM/DM Stores, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Your key deliverables will include:

Managing store inventory and overseeing stock management processes.
- Coordinating with vendors for efficient procurement and delivery of materials.
- Implementing safety management protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Utilizing SAP - Material Management (SAP MM) for effective inventory tracking and management.
- Analyzing inventory data to optimize asset management and reduce costs.
- Planning and executing dispatch activities to meet customer requirements.

**Education Qualification**
- To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma in Engineering or be a graduate with a focus on Mechanical Engineering or Science. Your educational background will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to understand technical aspects related to store management and inventory control.
- **General Experience**
- With 3-5 years of general experience in store management, dispatching, and inventory analysis, you will bring valuable insights and expertise to the role of AM/DM Stores. Your previous experience in these areas will enable you to effectively handle the daily operations of the store and contribute to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
- **Critical Experience**
- Your critical experience in areas such as vendor management, production planning, cost management, and continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving success in this role. Your proficiency in systems like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and your focus on quality and accountability will allow you to make strategic decisions and lead initiatives that enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
