Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft solutions.
Architect, design, and implement integrations using MuleSoft iPaaS and related technologies.
Build and maintain microservices-based solutions.
Create detailed architecture and design documentation and conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Develop and automate unit tests, execution scripts, and other automation tools to ensure system robustness and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
Guide the team on best practices, coding standards, and technical solutions.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
10years of progressively increasing responsibility in IT.
3years in Technical Lead (TL) and Architect-level roles.
3years of experience in creating architectures, detailed designs, and running POCs.
3years of experience with Python development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks, libraries and tools
Extensive experience designing and building solutions with MuleSoft.
Solid experience in building Microservices architectures.
MuleSoft Integration Architect certification (preferred).
Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and practices.
Proficient in DevOps processes, monitoring, eventual consistency, and event sourcing.
Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Integration, etc.).
Experience working with AWS public cloud services.
Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Agile Engineering Practices.
Experience with messaging systems, preferably Kafka.
Proficiency in working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch).
Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD).
Strong experience in automation testing strategies and tools for unit, integration, and functional testing.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
