Job Title :Associate -Manufacturing
Division : Weir Minerals
Location : WMI Facility
Onsite/Shift
Key Responsibilities: (List down responsibilities)
1. Maintaining 6s in the shop floor.
2. Update check sheet as defined & inform supervisor for any abnormalities.
3. Knowledge to operate Crane & Lifting equipment’s.
4. Knowledge on Measuring Instruments.
5. Knowledge to read & understand SOP, 1PL, MSDS, HIRA, AIA.
6. Hands on experience on Spray Painting & Quality inspection.
7. Knowledge to use respective jigs & fixtures for respective jobs.
8. Update Andon, Daily Production, CTQ, Breakdown & other reports.
9. Ensure quality product is manufactured as per requirement with relative documents.
10. Knowledge to handle OK, Rework & Rejected parts.
11. Manufacture of jobs within defined cycle time.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Participation in CSR Activity as per requirement.
2. Participation in Kaizen min. quarterly one.
3. Participation in SOS & Conversation, min 2 per month.
4. Multi skill & Maker’s quality in other process as per plan.
5. Ensure Zero NCR.
6. Implement 1 suggestion per quarter.
7. Undergo 4 online trainings to improve productivity & performance.
8. To meet OTD as per requirement.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
ITI- Any Trade with Spray Painting experience.
Experience
Min. 2Yrs of Experience in Spray painting process in reputed industry.
