**Responsibilities**
- As an individual contributor, write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability: refine and rewrite as necessary
- Work closely with product managers, project managers, UX designers & other developers
- Comply with the defined Engineering Process and practices to create clear technical specifications
- Expand existing product to meet the changing needs of business
- Contributing ideas for new features and identifying technical areas for improvement proactively
- Ensuring the performance of the product is within the required metrics.
- Own end to end responsibility from requirement to release, mentoring junior resources.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- A thorough understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, data structures and algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals, Object-Oriented Programming and web concepts.
- Knowledge of CSS/CSS3 and its pre-processors like SASS/LESS, CSS-Modules
- 5+ years of experience of working with React.js, Redux and JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience in bundling tools like Webpack/Rollup/Gulp/Grunt etc.

Preferred skills -Next.js
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript constructs of ES6 / TypeScript.
- Understanding of Web Vitals and performance metrics is a must.
- Working knowledge of test-driven development with knowledge of unit testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme
- Experience with implementing CI/CD and leading teams with DevOps responsibilities of deploying and supporting the software in production
- Experience with Code Reviewing practices such as Lint.
- Good Architectural and Design skills
