Electrical/mep Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to electrical and MEP works.
- Monitor installation of electrical systems including wiring, panels, switchgear, lighting, earthing and other components.
- Oversee plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting system installations as per design and schedule.
- Read and interpret MEP drawings and ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications.
- Allocate tasks to technicians and helpers, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and electrical/mechanical regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and other site teams for seamless workflow.
- Inspect work quality and resolve any on-site issues or delays.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to the Project Engineer/Manager.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of systems upon project completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / MEP or equivalent
- 2-5 years of relevant site experience (MEP or electrical installation and supervision)
- Familiarity with MEP standards, codes, and safety practices
- Ability to read technical drawings and MEP layouts
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software (basic level)
- Familiarity with local electrical and plumbing codes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
