**Key Responsibilities:Production Planning & Scheduling**:

- Develop, manage, and monitor **production schedules** to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with departments such as procurement, engineering, and logistics to ensure resource availability.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and machinery to achieve optimal production efficiency.

**Process Management**:

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to **quality standards** and company specifications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, delays, or inefficiencies in the production line.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of production processes and workflows.

**Inventory & Resource Management**:

- Track inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Minimize production waste and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure production meets **quality control standards**.
- Investigate and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

**Team Supervision**:

- Supervise and guide production teams, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
- Conduct team meetings to communicate production goals, updates, and performance metrics.
- Train and mentor production staff to improve skill sets and ensure compliance with processes.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly **production reports**, highlighting KPIs and variances.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Provide regular updates to management on production status, challenges, and improvements.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure production activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety checks and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the production team.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes**.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word) and production management tools/software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5 years** in production control or a similar role in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Knowledge of capital goods production processes is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
