**Job Title**: Admin Officer / Admin Executive
**Location**: Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage administrative and office operations efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and services
- Negotiate and bargain with vendors to get the best value
- Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation
- Assist in inventory, supplies management, and billing follow-ups
- Perform data entry and basic reporting using Excel
- Support office staff with general administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- Experience in administration and vendor coordination
- Proficient in basic computer operations and MS Excel
- Strong bargaining and negotiation skills
- Good communication in **Gujarati**, **Hindi**, and basic English
- Well-organized, punctual, and able to multitask
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Pay: ₹11,958.66 - ₹16,000.00 per month
