As a System Administrator, you will have responsibilities to provide the Level 1 Technician. You will be the first point of contact for all infrastructure monitoring incidents and requests in a fast-paced professional environment. You will monitor, create & triage incidents. Good to have troubleshooting skills on Windows Server 2008/2012. Create documentation & SOP for easing out tasks & resolve Infrastructure related issues. You will work in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring attendance, quality and customer service metrics are met.

Basic knowledge or experience with monitoring server performance and security controls

Basic knowledge or experience in troubleshooting Windows server and VMWare issues.

Interacting with client over calls and provide details and reasoning of the deliverables.

Ready to support for UK and US time schedule whenever it required.

Good verbal and written communication skill.
- Proficient in troubleshooting the server and WMWare issues.
- Server administration - Should obtain good technical knowledge regarding deployment and maintenance on Windows server.
- Communication skills - Should have excelled written and verbal communication. Need to frequently work with both IT professionals and end users, Windows administrators so effective written and verbal communication skills is required.
- Problem-solving - Administrators often need to employ creative and technical problem-solving techniques while installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows systems and servers.
