*Role Overview:*
Looking for a motivated professional to join our IB / Merchant Banking team. The role involves financial modelling, IPO evaluation, due diligence & compliance (SEBI ICDR / ICAI guidelines).

*Key Responsibilities:*

Build financial models, valuations & transaction structures
Analyze client financials, projections & peer benchmarks
Conduct due diligence for IPOs, rights issue, fundraising
Ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR & ICAI guidelines
Assist in DRHP, offer docs, investor presentations
Industry research & support senior management in execution

*Key Skills:*

Financial Modelling, Valuation (DCF, Comps, Precedents)
Knowledge of SEBI ICDR, ICAI guidelines
Strong accounting & capital market understanding
MS Excel & PPT proficiency
Excellent communication skills

*Qualification:*
CA / CS / CFA / MBA (Finance)
(Exposure to IPOs & capital markets preferred)
