Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Process Management:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

2. Employee Life Cycle Management:

- Manage employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data.

3. Benefits Administration:

- Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and communications.
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations.

4. Performance Management:

- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.

5. Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

- Generate HR metrics and reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

7. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure HR compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

2. Experience: 3-5 years in HR operations, generalist, or related roles.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR).

4. Nice to Have:

- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. HR process efficiency and compliance.

2. Employee satisfaction and engagement.

3. Accuracy and timeliness of HR data and reporting.

4. Effective management of employee life cycle events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,043.35 - ₹20,201.35 per month

Schedule:
