Job Title Measurement Associate Department BHS Reporting to Unit Head (BHS) Grade Off-role resource Jobs Reporting Into 1 Unit Head Location / Unit PAN India Role Description Job Purpose - Business ownership: The position is that of measurement associate who would primarily be responsible for visiting the projects with customers and able to take measurements as per the requirements of customer and effectively convey the same to designers to arrive the optimized quotation. He should be able to identify and suggest CEPT markings as per site requirements - Site Validation & measurements: Actual Production Drawing Validation at site and ensure error rate to be mínimal - Feasibility check: Should understand the design feasibilities and be able to point out the constraints observed on site sharply - Understanding of 2D and 3D drawings: Should be able to understand the drawings shared for design feasibility Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas (Please detail out at least 8-10 responsibility areas) Key Performance Indicators Prior experience in either a full-scale interior company, architect firm, modular factory, or a PMC specifically with conducting site feasibility checks basis 2D & production drawings Understanding of CEPT markings and ability to discern various underlying construction conditions in completed homes Graduate in Civil Engineering/ Architecture is a must Strong analytical skills and data driven mentality Should visit sites to ensure feasibility as per - Ensuring no measurement errors in drawings - Ensuring site feasibility before finalizing - Documentation protocols - % site with errors after feasibility is done the drawings shared Scope of Work a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend): : As per Budget b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports): : Reports to UH and SSO c) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide) : Based on the scope d) Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub - function-wide / Other): : Beautiful Home Service Key Interactions Internal Unit Head, Designers, Project Team, Acquisition Team External Customers, suppliers, GC’s Role Requirements / Specifications Qualifications Essential - Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering/ Design Background/Diploma in civil Engineering with 5 years of experience - A minimum of 60% marks throughout education - Graduation must be through a full-time day course - Must have an understanding of design software and how to read the shop floor/ cut list/ 2D/3D drawings Desired portfolio Previous Experience Desired - Minimum experience of 3 years in interiors of residential projects and modular furniture - Should have worked in feasibility or validation team with some AID firm or digital turnkey players Functional Competencies - Interiors Knowledge - Analytical skills - Team skills Behavioral Competencies - Verbal and written communication - Planning and result orientation **Salary**: ₹8,844.81 - ₹48,703.63 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: One location **Speak with the employer** +91 9017053643
